Job summary

Whale is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition end-to-end in a hybrid Ghent office. You’ll design and automate GTM workflows, convert product signals into outbound success, and continuously refine messaging and tooling to scale growth.

You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Growth, leveraging AI-first approaches, with a focus on rapid experimentation and data-driven decisions in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in growth ops, sales ops, marketing ops, or RevOps in B2B SaaS.
• Technical comfort with GTM tools (CRMs, enrichment, outreach, automation).
• Data-driven and operationally rigorous with clean data and measurable outcomes.
• Scrappy builder who ships fast with available tools.
• AI-first mindset—prefer automation before manual work.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Growth.
• Experience with experimentation, testing, and learning by doing.
• Bonus: PLG experience, SQL/Python basics, BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM systems and automation from lead enrichment to CRM workflows.
• Turn product usage signals into automated outbound workflows to convert users.
• Design, test, and optimize the full outbound cycle: data enrichment, trigger ID, messaging, sequencing, conversion.
• Connect and automate GTM tools (CRM, enrichment, outreach, AI platforms).
• Maintain CRM data quality and a reliable single source of truth for Sales/Marketing.
• Evaluate and implement new GTM automation and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Build scripts, playbooks, demos, and tools to accelerate Sales.
