Job summary

Driven – Career Navigation System is seeking a founder-minded GTM leader to build the initial sales engine. You will own the entire pipeline, from first touch to signature, working with marketing agencies and inbound leads while traveling to key events.

You will shape pricing, positioning and the roadmap alongside the founders, with equity as part of the package. The role requires selling B2B SaaS to senior buyers, owning deals end-to-end, and thriving in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Sold B2B SaaS for a few years and closed deals end to end.
• Generated own pipeline and enjoyed doing it.
• Comfortable talking numbers with CFOs, CROs or VP Sales.
• Built scalable sales motion rather than joining an existing one.
• Willing to travel to events and meet clients in person.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline end-to-end from first touch to signature.
• Build and refine GTM motion and ICP messaging.
• Travel to events and open doors, close deals online and in person.
• Voice buyer needs to founders and engineers to shape product roadmap.
