Job summary

Chift is building the financial integration layer for software companies and AI agents, based in Europe. We seek a GTM Engineer to automate and scale our demand engine across outbound, events, and campaigns.

You’ll own the systems behind lead generation, routing, and qualification, partnering with marketing, sales, and leadership. Expect a fast-paced, data-driven environment with AI-driven improvements and a focus on rapid experimentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in growth, RevOps, marketing operations, or as a GTM Engineer in B2B SaaS.
• Fluent English; French and/or Dutch is a strong plus.
• Experience with the modern growth stack and AI-native outbound.
• Builder mindset, fast shipping, and high adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Build the outbound machine with multi-channel sequences and owned tooling (HubSpot, Clay, LaGrowthMachine).
• Launch new lead magnets, campaigns for events, and new demand-generation plays.
• Bridge marketing and sales to deliver qualified, contextual leads and maintain feedback loops.
• Own the revenue data backbone: dashboards, attribution, and channel ROI.
• Make every AE 5x more effective with AI by automating pipeline and admin.
