Job summary

Lansweeper is seeking an experienced GTM AI Applications Engineer to own the technical layer connecting our go-to-market application stack and to proactively identify AI opportunities. You will work across Gainsight, Gong, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and more to design, deploy, and monitor AI agents and data pipelines, improving efficiency and data quality.

You will collaborate with GTM Ops, Sales, and Customer Success, and contribute to shaping a scalable AI-enabled GTM stack within a hybrid

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a technical applications, systems administration, or integrations role within a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience building with AI agents or AI-assisted tooling — production deployments, internal pilots, or substantive personal projects.
• Practical prompt engineering skills — design, test, and iterate prompts within AI platforms for production-grade outputs.
• Hands-on experience with integration/orchestration platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or similar.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents on agentic platforms (LangChain, Claude managed agents, Salesforce Agentforce, n8n).
• Basic fluency in agent observability (logging, monitoring, evaluating output quality) and in designing human-in-the-loop controls.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts across integration, data-sync, and AI workflow issues.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration, administration, and troubleshooting for the GTM application stack.
• Build and maintain integrations and data pipelines between GTM apps and Salesforce.
• Proactively identify GTM process areas where AI agents or automation can reduce admin burden.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents across the stack using suitable platforms.
• Monitor observability for deployed agents and iterate based on usage and failures.
• Build human-in-the-loop checkpoints and escalation paths for agentic workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and drive improvements across GTM systems projects.
• Take on lighter Salesforce administration tasks alongside the Salesforce team.
• Evaluate and onboard new AI tools and GTM apps as stack evolves.
• Partner with GTM Ops, Sales, and Customer Success to translate needs into scalable AI-augmented solutions.
