Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com Belgium is seeking an Onboarding Executive to drive end-to-end restaurant activations from contract to live on our platform. You will coordinate technical setups, menu integration and Go-Live with speed and accuracy.

You will work closely with Sales, support restaurant partners, and internal teams to ensure a smooth start, owning activations from day one with a partner-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Dutch, with strong English communication.
• Experience coordinating multiple activations or onboarding processes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities calmly.
• Excellent relationship-building with partners and internal teams.
• Rapid learner of internal tools and clear process documentation.
• Structured, organized mindset to keep activations on track.
• Proactive communication and ownership from go-live.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end activation process for new restaurant partners, from setup to Go-Live.
• Manage multiple onboardings simultaneously with accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for new partners during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales to keep the pipeline moving.
• Participate in meetings to provide onboarding feasibility insights.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to speed up activations.
• Represent restaurant partners internally to ensure a positive first experience.
