Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in Belgium is seeking an Onboarding Executive to turn signed restaurant partnerships into live partners on our platform. You will own the activation journey from setup to Go-Live and collaborate with Sales to keep the pipeline moving.

In this fast-paced role you juggle multiple activations, build strong restaurant relationships, and ensure partners feel supported from day one, delivering tangible value quickly.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Dutch (written and spoken).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end activation process for new restaurant partners from setup to Go-Live.
• Manage multiple restaurant onboardings simultaneously with high accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for new restaurant partners during onboarding.
• Partner with Sales teams to keep the pipeline moving and partners ready for first orders.
• Participate in sales meetings and share onboarding feasibility insights.
• Identify bottlenecks in activation and propose improvements to speed up onboarding.
• Represent the restaurant partner voice internally to foster long-term relationships.
