Sartorius Stedim North America, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (F/M) based in Brussels or Helsinki to ensure seamless order execution and proactive support across the full order-to-cash lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver reliable service and accurate information to customers on a daily basis. Key duties include processing orders, handling inquiries and complaints, monitoring deliveries and backorders, communicating order status changes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
• Several years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Order-to-Cash operations.
• Good understanding of order-to-cash and customer order management processes.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and French skills are highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders throughout the order-to-cash lifecycle with accurate entry and timely updates.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues, coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Monitor deliveries, backorders, shipment delays and returns to minimize customer impact.
• Communicate order status changes regularly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer, contractual and order-related data; ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
