Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (F/M) to be a key partner for customers, ensuring seamless order execution and proactive support throughout the order-to-cash lifecycle. Based in Brussels or Helsinki, you will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver reliable service daily.

You will manage orders, inquiries, and data accuracy, while driving continuous improvement and a positive customer experience in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business Administration or similar field is beneficial.
• Several years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Order-to-Cash.
• Good understanding of order-to-cash and customer order management processes.
• Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders throughout the order-to-cash lifecycle with accurate entry and timely updates.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and clarifications while coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Monitor deliveries, backorders, and delays to minimize customer impact.
• Communicate order status and changes with customers regularly.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data and ensure process compliance.
• Prepare operational reports and contribute to process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for a seamless experience.

Based in Brussels or Helsinki, you will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver reliable and efficient customer service every day.

• Process customer orders throughout the entire order-to-cash lifecycle by ensuring accurate order entry, timely updates, and compliant handling within ERP and CRM systems.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, commercial clarifications, and order-related issues while coordinating effective solutions with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Monitor deliveries, backorders, shipment delays, returns to proactively identify risks and minimize customer impact.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding order status, delivery changes.
• Maintain accurate customer, contractual, and order-related data while ensuring transaction integrity and compliance with internal processes.
• Prepare operational reports and customer complaint documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
