WLG is seeking a Project Manager to own medium-scale initiatives from definition through formal acceptance. You will lead the project team, choose appropriate methods and tools, and manage change, risk, and communications with stakeholders across sites.

The role requires a track record of end-to-end project delivery, financial discipline, and the ability to work with multinational teams. Regular travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering medium-scale projects from definition to formal acceptance.
• Ability to tailor project management methods to the situation.

Responsabilités

• Take full responsibility for project definition, approach and successful completion.
• Lead the project team and select methods and tools that fit the work.
• Execute change control and assess/manage risk as the project progresses.
• Keep plans realistic and communicate with stakeholders regularly and accurately.
• Ensure quality reviews occur on schedule and per procedure.
• Deliver within agreed cost, time, and resource budgets and obtain formal acceptance.
• Monitor cost, time, quality and resources and act if performance drifts.
