• Delivery of projects inside a larger programme under a lead project manager.
• Business case development, including procurement strategy and benefits analysis.
• Planning and resource allocation that withstands reality, with corrective action when needed.
• Active risk and issue management with trusted logs.
• Financial planning, forecasting and cash flow management for projects.
• Supervising team members in a matrix organisation.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilités

• Planning, implementing and managing assigned projects per company policies.
• Developing the business case to secure sponsor acceptance and funding.
• Managing delivery within scope, time, cost and quality tolerances, with progress reporting.
• Gathering client needs, data and performing analysis to resolve issues.
• Managing progress, resources and milestones with proactive corrective actions.
• Tracking KPIs, risks and issues; keeping logs current and reporting deviations.
• Overseeing project cash flow and contributing to financial planning and multi-year plans.
• Supervising project team members directly or in a matrix, and leading stakeholder meetings.
• Keeping project artefacts accurate and current through regular reviews.
• Leading meetings with team, stakeholders and customers.
