WLG in Brussels is seeking a senior account manager to be the primary interface for a multinational defence organisation's service portfolio. You will own customer relationships, manage proposals and coordinate across teams to deliver programmes from inception to close.

You will sit in regular reviews, report progress to sponsors, and ensure timely replies to requests while keeping escalations low and stakeholders aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher required; MSc/BSc in a related subject preferred.
• Five years of related experience in project/service management or defence-related settings.
• Proven ability to manage service proposals and win-sell activities.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with large, complex programmes and C2 systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, briefing, and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the business intake and price proposals through development.
• Manage and communicate progress to sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend regular programme and change status review meetings.
• Run highlight reporting and ensure timely project closure reports.
• Coordinate with customers so purchase orders are aligned with schedules.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure invoices reflect agreed terms.
• Maintain relationships with sponsors and internal stakeholders to prevent escalations.
• Respond to sponsor and customer requests with timely, accurate routing.
