Wlgroup, a multinational defence organisation, seeks an experienced Project Manager to take assigned programmes from planning to delivery. You will develop robust business cases to secure funding and coordinate procurement strategy, benefits, risks and the overall proposal for sponsor acceptance.

The role requires planning and managing resources, tracking milestones, and ensuring delivery within time, cost and quality tolerances while maintaining current artefacts and reporting progress to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience delivering complex projects within a programme.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement and manage assigned projects per PM policies.
• Develop business cases to secure funding and sponsors.
• Oversee delivery within scope, time, cost and quality tolerances.
• Gather client needs, analyse data and resolve problems.
• Report progress regularly and on request.
• Allocate resources and manage milestones and corrective actions.
• Manage project cash flow and contribute to financial planning.
• Supervise team members and lead meetings with stakeholders.
• Keep project artefacts accurate and up to date.
