TVH Group is seeking a Global Change Management Expert to guide our transformation journey. You will lead the people side of change across enterprise-wide digital transformations, applying ADKAR, and shaping communication, sponsorship, and training plans to maximize adoption.

You will engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams, drive governance, and monitor change metrics to ensure sustainable outcomes. Frequent travel is required as part of stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience leading end-to-end change management and transformation activities.
• Strong ability to grasp complex business concepts and new technologies.
• Experience applying ADKAR or similar methodologies; CCMP/Prosci is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute end-to-end change management strategy across enterprise-wide transformations.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and coaching of senior leaders and managers.
• Design internal communications and training plans; monitor adoption and adapt strategies.
• Manage risks and dependencies, align with broader transformation milestones.
