Jobtailor is seeking a Change Manager to shape a comprehensive change management strategy that drives employee adoption during Go-live. You will partner with leaders across departments to define and track adoption metrics and to monitor progress.

You will own Change Impact Analysis, training and communications plans, and establish feedback mechanisms while collaborating with the project lead to integrate change management into project plans.

• Experience delivering change management strategies for large-scale Go-live events.
• Ability to define success metrics and monitor progress across initiatives.
