With at least 5 years of experience in complex environments, proficiency in communication and change methodologies is essential. This role demands excellent stakeholder engagement and operational success in transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Change Management in complex environments.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, Lewin).
• Experience in reporting to management or steering committees.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy change management plans for strategic projects.
• Analyze the organizational, human, and operational impacts of transformations.
• Support operational teams in adopting new processes and tools.
