TVH Parts Holding NV is seeking a Global Change Management Expert to guide teams through Transformation shifts, helping navigate TVH's transformation journey across enterprise digital initiatives.

The role leads ADKAR-based strategy, stakeholder engagement, and governance, builds communication and training plans, and ensures adoption and long-term sustainability within a globally distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading end-to-end change initiatives across multi-department programs.
• Master’s degree or equivalent with ability to grasp complex business concepts and tech.
• Experience applying ADKAR; Prosci or CCMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
• Willingness to travel frequently to stay close to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute enterprise-wide change management strategy for transformations (TVH Transformation / Innovatis).
• Lead stakeholder engagement across all levels to secure buy-in and align cross-functional teams.
• Design internal communications and coordinate training during project rollouts.
• Monitor adoption metrics and mitigate resistance; manage governance and risks.
• Foster internal change community and align with broader business milestones.
