delaware BeLux seeks a Senior Change & Transformation Lead to independently own a change workstream from strategy through execution. You will combine business objectives, people impact and technology adoption across ERP transformations and AI-enabled initiatives to deliver lasting change.

We value fluency in English and Dutch or French, strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, and experience with Prosci ADKAR or similar methodologies in international projects.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience independently leading change workstreams within complex transformation programs.
• Proven ERP transformation experience (SAP or similar platforms).
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Familiar with Prosci ADKAR or equivalent change methodologies.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Experience in organizational design or transformation governance.
• Experience in international transformation programs.
• Experience driving adoption of AI-enabled tools and ways of working.

Lead complex transformations and make adoption happen, on the floor.

As a Senior Change & Transformation Lead, you bring together business objectives, people impact and technology adoption, working closely with stakeholders and end users to make change stick.

Many of our engagements center on large-scale ERP transformations, still the backbone of our business, alongside a growing number of AI-enabled and digital initiatives. We're looking for an experienced change professional who can independently own a change workstream, from strategy through execution.

The Business Transformation & Adoption - People team helps organizations realize the full value of transformation, combining expertise in change management, learning & enablement, organizational design, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption & value realization, transformation governance and AI adoption & enablement.

We work at the intersection of business, people and technology, and don't stop at advice: we work alongside customers to make change stick. Many of our assignments are closely linked to ERP and enterprise-wide programs, some of the most complex our customers undertake.

Is there a match?

• have several years of experience independently leading change workstreams within complex transformation programs, from strategy through execution;
• have proven experience with large-scale ERP transformations (SAP or similar platforms);
• can confidently engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership;
• have strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity;
• are familiar with change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent;
