TVH Group is seeking a Migration Lead to own the end-to-end data migration strategy and execution within our transformation program. You will collaborate with Data and IT Architecture, overseeing readiness activities and mock loads as well as the final production cutover.

You will ensure data completeness, quality, and a smooth transition to target systems, coordinating across technical and business teams and external vendors. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information systems, data management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in data migration, leading complex enterprise migrations.
• Experience with ETL tools and data quality solutions.
• Deep technical understanding of data architecture and migration processes.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Strong communication with technical and business teams.
• Pro-active mindset to deliver durable solutions.

Responsabilités

• Migration planning and strategy development with risk mitigation.
• Define extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation and loading processes.
• Lead migration execution and governance to meet timelines and quality.
• Implement data validation and reconciliation for data integrity.
• Coordinate data mapping with business data owners.
• Align technical, business and vendor activities for a successful migration.
• Validate work with owning stakeholders.
