• Experience guiding non-technical departments through change and translating pain points into AI opportunities.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data governance, and ethical deployment standards.

• Lead adoption, change management, and governance across TVH departments to realize measurable AI value.
• Establish and enforce an AI governance framework including ethics, compliance, and transparency.
• Recruit, coach and lead a high-performing AI transformation team and foster a collaborative culture.
