The Standard, Brussels is seeking a determined Shift Leader to oversee Front Desk operations and guest services within a bustling, high-energy environment. You will lead a talented team, ensure smooth check-in/out, train staff, and coordinate with the Executive Housekeeper to maintain room standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline hotel leadership and guest service management.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills with team development.
• Multilingual communication: English, French and Dutch are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Front Desk Associates ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and service standards.
• Coach, develop and support team members to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee VIP arrivals and ensure proper meet-and-greet procedures for The Standard VIP guests.
• Coordinate effective shift handovers and communicate room moves and guest preferences across departments.
• Ensure reservations, checkout and OPERA-related transactions are processed accurately and on time.
