The Standard, Brussels is seeking a Front Office Agent to join our vibrant front desk team, delivering warm, personalized service from pre-arrival to post-departure.

You will assist guests with queries and requests, manage high-volume interactions with a positive, professional attitude, and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a memorable stay.

Fluency in English is essential; French and/or Dutch are highly valued. Prior experience with Opera or Opera Cloud PMS is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience as Front Office Agent in a lifestyle hotel or large city center hotel.
• Excellent guest service and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English; French and/or Dutch preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide hospitality from pre-arrival to post-departure with seamless arrivals and departures.
• Assist guests with queries and unexpressed wishes to exceed expectations.
• Manage guest interactions and administrative tasks in a high-energy environment.
• Be the go-to source for hotel services and local Brussels information.
