Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a motivated French Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our client’s Sofia team. You will assist Francophone customers by phone, email, and live chat, resolve inquiries, and maintain records of customer interactions within the internal database.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (spoken and written) is required.
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or similar client-facing role.
