Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Arabic Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international team in Bulgaria. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering professional, empathetic support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in customer support is preferred. Relocation to Sofia is covered, with paid training, private health insurance, and a monthly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English to engage with the international team.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsabilités

• Deliver world-class assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and accuracy, maintaining satisfaction.
• Represent clients by upholding their brand values and service protocols.
• Maintain detailed case documentation within the CRM for seamless service continuity.
