Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to international clients in the Customer Support Services sector.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy, efficiency and high-quality resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and improve the client experience.
