• Schedule maintenance/service appointments and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed CRM records ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with international teams to enhance French-speaking customer experience.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and common technical questions.
• Participate in ongoing product training on Mercedes models.
