You’ll help drivers stay connected, safe and moving by guiding them through the Mercedes me app, digital features, and 24/7 roadside support. The role includes training with full paid relocation support and an international, vibrant team.

Start by mastering two core skills and grow to a 3-skill legend across ECM, RSA, and CS domains.

Qualifications

• Dutch (C1) language proficiency and solid operational English (B2).
• Proactive, patient and able to de-escalate high-stress situations.
• Typing speed around 25+ wpm with good accuracy.
• No prior experience? Full paid training provided.

Responsabilités

• Assist drivers with mobile setup and Mercedes me features; troubleshoot connectivity and app usage.
• Provide 24/7 roadside support coordination and premium customer service.
• Manage high-quality interactions to ensure VIP-like service for Mercedes-Benz drivers.
