Job summary

Envoy is building the AI-native procurement workspace and is seeking a Founding GTM lead in Antwerp. You will open new accounts, craft AI-driven motions, and qualify operational spend discoveries to drive measurable P&L impact.

You will shape early customer pilots, collaborate with product and engineering, and build scalable playbooks to repeat success while growing with the founders.

Qualifications

• Experience opening and advancing complex B2B software opportunities.
• Strong discovery skills and the ability to make technical products concrete for business buyers.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and invent scalable playbooks.
• Self-directed, low ego, eager to learn from customer conversations.
• Procurement, sourcing, supply-chain, or enterprise workflow experience is a strong bonus.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts: build relationships with mid-market and enterprise procurement teams and reach the people who own the spend.
• Build AI-driven motions: use tooling to find signals and generate inbound and outbound traction to expand our customer base.
• Qualify what is real: run careful discovery around non-tech spend, operational workflows, and measurable P&L impact.
• Win the evaluation: shape and lead real evaluations and narrow, high-trust customer pilots.
• Turn evidence into product: work with product and engineering so what you hear in the field decides what gets built.
• Make the motion repeatable: build the messaging, qualification, process, and systems behind a playbook that works without you in the room.
• Keep customers expanding: stay close after the sale so implementations become outcomes.
• Fill the gaps: jump into whatever else needs doing, across sales, ops, customer success, and partnerships.
