Qualifications

• Structured thinking to juggle multiple workstreams with quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client emails and decks.
• Commercial sense with energy for talking to prospects and clients.
• Willingness to normalize founder-level ownership and build scalable processes.
• Bonus: background in M&A, finance or consulting or early-stage startup experience.

Responsibilities

• Push sales and GTM: build target lists, prep and follow up meetings, sharpen positioning and materials.
• Keep the numbers honest: invoicing, reporting, unit economics and investor-facing material.
• Engineerify our processes: automate recurring manual work and create tools/workflows.
• Track the market: monitor M&A activity in our target markets to approach the right doors.
• Fill the gaps: founder-mode tasks and proactive initiative to shape the company.
