Cytek Biosciences is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist for Belgium and Luxembourg to drive new business in academic, clinical research, and bio-pharma labs with deep flow cytometry expertise.

You will achieve financial objectives by identifying and supporting scientists in purchasing Cytek flow cytometry equipment, while coordinating demonstrations and post-sale support across the region.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Life Sciences, Biological areas, Engineering, Business, or closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years flow cytometry experience; prior Capital Equipment Sales preferred.
• Must be self-motivated with mastery of the complex sales process.
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Native fluency in French and professional level English; other European languages a plus.
• Experience using Salesforce is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Own technical sales, pre and post-sales support, marketing and technical feedback to drive customer satisfaction.
• Assess customer technical and application needs and align them with equipment sales.
• Coordinate in-lab demonstrations and post-sale follow-ups; liaise between Field Service and R&D.
• Manage administrative duties: expenses, reporting, competitive feedback, OHSA and lab safety compliance.
• Generate and follow up on leads; participate in regional and national meetings as directed by Sales Management.
