Job summary

Voi Belgium is looking for a Fleet Specialist Team Lead to split time between operational repair tasks and people leadership for our fleet team. The role includes logistics support, quality control, and driving team performance across the shift schedule.

You will lead, train, and develop a dynamic team while partnering with site managers to optimize workflows and ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• A valid driving license.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with repairing scooters.
• Leadership experience and ability to promote teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools, including MS Office and G-suite.
• A proactive, ownership-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• 80% repair tasks and 20% management duties, including hiring, training and performance follow-up.
• Logistics: support and collaborate on receiving, packing and deploying new vehicles.
• Uphold Quality Standards: identify and rectify damaged vehicles to best possible standard.
• Team Management: oversee team activities, ensure safety and drive process improvements.
• Talent Cultivation: interview, train, and nurture a high-performing team.
• Synergistic Planning: collaborate with site managers to optimize work schedules and shifts.
