Voi Technology is seeking a hands-on Fleet Specialist Team Lead in Belgium. You will split your time 80% on repair tasks and 20% on managerial duties, including hiring, training, and performance follow-up for a team of Fleet Specialists.

The role requires a valid driving license, and fluency in English and French, with experience repairing scooters. You will collaborate with site managers to optimize schedules, ensure safe and efficient operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving license.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience repairing scooters.
• Previous leadership experience and ability to promote and nurture team collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools, including MS Office and G Suite.
• Strong ownership and proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Lead Fleet Specialists with 80% repair tasks and 20% management.
• Oversee logistics: receiving, packing and deploying vehicles.
• Uphold quality standards by identifying and rectifying damaged vehicles.
• Manage team activities to ensure safe, efficient operations and drive process improvements.
• Interview, train, and nurture a high-performance team aligned with targets.
• Collaborate with site managers to optimize work schedules and shift planning.
