Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software, solution design, or workflow architecture.
• Experience with document composition, document workflow, or CCM-related platforms.
• Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise the customer on CCM and outbound communication solutions.
• Design and improve document workflows and future-state processes.
• Represent Xerox in customer meetings and project discussions.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to support solution delivery.
