Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Field Service Engineers across Belgium.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance technical and service skills.
• Promote safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement culture.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, onboarding, and development.
• Monitor service delivery and improve response times and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve complex customer issues and handle escalations.
• Coordinate resources to install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Operations for customer success.
• Use metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support Lean, Daily Management, and problem-solving practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve team performance and customer experience.
