The role focuses on maintaining high standards of customer service for analytical product groups like AA, OES, and ICP. Responsibilities include field service, routine maintenance, and user training, requiring a diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of related experience. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Dutch and/or French is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a related Field Service role.
• Full clean driving License.
• Proficient English required; good Dutch and/or French preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform field service and routine maintenance using available systems.
• Provide onsite user training on defined product groups.
• Ensure all documentation is correctly revised for specific instrument types.
