Ascential Care is seeking a Mission Coordinator to efficiently assign, schedule, and dispatch Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to customer sites across the region. The role ensures optimal capacity planning by urgency, skill, and cost, acting as the main liaison between customers, FSEs, and internal teams to deliver service commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field service tasks and dispatching.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or FSM systems.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• English language proficiency; other European languages a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate assignment, scheduling, and dispatching of FSEs to customer sites.
• Manage field service capacity and allocate technicians by urgency, skill, and cost.
• Act as the main liaison between customers, FSEs, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely communication and execution of service activities.
• Support parts and tools availability to minimize downtime.
