Socomec Sas in Belgium seeks a Service Coordination Specialist to optimize field technician planning, support customers through the service process, and help ensure smooth commissioning, preventive maintenance and corrective interventions.

You will coordinate technicians across Belgium, manage service deadlines, maintain accurate planning data, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to drive service quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education in administration, logistics, planning, or a related field.
• Experience in service coordination, planning or scheduling activities.
• Experience handling customer requests by telephone.
• Good command of Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and coordinate field service technicians across Belgium.
• Plan commissioning activities, preventive maintenance visits and replacement operations.
• Coordinate service interventions with customers, internal sales teams and customer service.
• Monitor service deadlines and ensure efficient follow-up of planned activities.
• Ensure high-quality customer communication throughout the service process.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Maintain accurate planning and service-related data within company systems.
