Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure the proper execution of service agreements and to act as the main escalation point for operational or contractual issues. You will coordinate onboarding, collaborate with Service Desk, Engineering, and Project teams, and support the P&L and budget targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Project, Service, Contract, or Account Management.
• Technical knowledge is a plus.
• Security technologies and/or telecommunications knowledge is advantageous.
• IT affinity and ability to integrate with IT systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles; certification is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the operational delivery of assigned contracts (€150–€500K/year).
• Coordinate onboarding of new service contracts from handover to setup in ERP/CSM tools.
• Ensure day-to-day follow-up with Service Desk, Engineering, and Project teams.
• Manage incidents and escalations to guarantee SLA compliance.
• Monitor service performance and contribute to improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments.
• Support financial follow-up of contract P&L and budget alignment.
