Socomec Sas in Belgium is seeking a Service Coordinator to optimize planning of field technicians, support customers through the service process, and contribute to commissioning, preventive maintenance and corrective interventions.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will schedule technicians, coordinate with customers and internal teams, monitor deadlines, ensure clear communication, and maintain accurate service data in company systems.

Qualifications

• Education in administration, logistics, planning, customer service or a related field.
• Experience in service coordination, customer support, planning or scheduling activities.
• Experience handling customer requests by telephone.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and coordinate field service technicians across Belgium.
• Plan commissioning activities, preventive maintenance visits and replacement operations.
• Coordinate service interventions with customers, internal sales teams and customer service.
• Monitor service deadlines and ensure efficient follow-up of planned activities.
• Ensure high-quality customer communication throughout the service process.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Maintain accurate planning and service-related data within company systems.
