Ascential Care is seeking a Mission Coordinator to efficiently assign, schedule, and dispatch Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to customer sites across the region. The role ensures optimal capacity planning by urgency, skill, and cost, acting as the main liaison between customers, FSEs, and internal teams to deliver service commitments.

The Mission Coordinator at Ascential Care is responsible for the efficient assignment, scheduling, and dispatching of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to customer sites across the region.

This role manages field service capacity planning and ensures that the right technician is deployed at the right time based on urgency, skill set, and cost efficiency.

As the primary point of coordination between customers, FSEs, and internal teams, the Mission Coordinator oversees service activities from start to finish, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution.

The role plays a critical part in delivering Ascential Care’s service commitments by minimizing customer downtime through disciplined scheduling, proactive parts and tool availability, and effective coordination of all service-related activities.

Success in this position requires strong organizational and communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.

Your competences

• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment.
• Experience in operational coordination, service scheduling, logistics, or workforce dispatching.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or Field Service Management systems; Salesforce Service Cloud experience is a plus.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European language skills are a significant advantage.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Ability to remain calm and effectively prioritize tasks under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
