Essensium seeks a Project Engineer to lead EPS installations at customer sites and work with client teams to ensure successful deployments. You will plan, coordinate and communicate across stakeholders, coordinating between forklift vendors and Essensium while validating system performance on-site.

You will travel to customer sites, configure and calibrate the system, provide first-line support, and contribute to demos and sales collateral.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical role (pre/post sales, field service, etc).
• Nice to have background in material handling or computer vision.

Responsabilités

• Manage installation & bring-up of EPS at customer sites.
• Guide client engineers during installations.
• Set up project plans and keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate between forklift vendors and Essensium.
• Configure, calibrate and validate the system at customer sites.
• Provide first-line technical support to customers.
• Develop expert knowledge of SafeTrack products.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products.
• Assist sales with demos, presentations and requests.
