Job summary

Jobat is seeking a Head of Food & Beverage to lead multiple hospitality outlets and events, driving excellence and guest satisfaction.

You will manage daily operations, budgets, forecasts, and full P&L for the department, while coaching teams and shaping long-term objectives with senior management.

You\'ll partner with culinary and operations teams to ensure quality, safety, and innovation across offerings, focusing on growth and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Food & Beverage teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
• Oversee the daily operations of multiple hospitality outlets and event activities.
• Drive commercial performance through revenue growth initiatives and cost optimisation strategies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and full P&L responsibility for the department.
• Analyse operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with culinary and operational teams to ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all offerings.
• Develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
• Recruit, coach, and develop talent while building strong succession plans.
• Partner with senior management to define and execute long-term business objectives.
