Randstad Enterprise in Belgium is seeking a Talent Advisor to support ING Belgium in building a new international recruitment team. You will partner with hiring managers, publish job descriptions, attract top talent, and guide applicants through a streamlined recruitment process.

You will join a small on-site team at ING Belgium with hybrid arrangements and close collaboration with Randstad Sourceright colleagues. Strong English and local language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Affinity with the recruitment industry in Belgium is required.
• Ability to work independently with a self-starting mentality.

Responsabilités

• Be a partner and talent advisor for hiring managers.
• Create and publish job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Attract the best candidates in collaboration with the sourcing recruiter.
• Manage candidate influx and propose top candidates.
• Discuss candidates and optimize decision-making processes.
• Guide applicants through the application process for a smooth experience.
• Maintain the ATS (reporting, screenings, interviews, rating candidates).
• Daily contact with hiring managers, HR and supporting departments.
• Share best practices within program-wide initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and account optimization.

Are you ready to be a part of our growing ING team? For our RPO services to ING Belgium, we are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Advisor.

AbouttheRole:

As part of our global cooperation with ING, we are expanding our services into Belgium. That also requires finding the right people to support us in this new team, which is where you come in!

In this new and international team, you'll work as a Talent Advisor, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. From receiving the vacancy to the candidate's start date, you'll ensure a smooth recruitment process.

You'll frequently interact with hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitment needs and advising them on their talent requirements. Together with your sourcing recruiter and the coordination team, you'll make sure you hire the right talent in the most efficient manner.

WorkEnvironment:

You will join a new team of 5, working onsite at ING Belgium. Your other Randstad Sourceright colleagues from the sourcing and admin teams based in Budapest, have already started their cooperation. This team is the final part of the implementation. Which means you will have the freedom together with your new colleagues to create a successful team together!

We operate in a hybrid model, where you will be expected to work 2 days at the client's office in Brussels.
