BDO Belgium is seeking a Freelance Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment for experienced Deals & Corporate Finance professionals. You will partner with Partners and Hiring Managers across our Advisory practice, building strong pipelines and advising on market trends.

The role combines homeworking with regular office presence across our Belgian network. Required: 5+ years in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search, proven success in recruiting finance specialists, and fluency

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or Recruitment Consultancy.
• Proven success in recruiting Deals & Corporate Finance professionals within consulting.
• Strong understanding of the Belgian recruitment market, with focus on M&A, Due Diligence, Valuation and Treasury professionals.
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through direct sourcing.
• Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent command of Dutch, French and English.

For our growing Advisory practice, we are looking for a Freelance Talent Acquisition Advisor. In this role, you will support the recruitment of experiencedDeals & Corporate Financeprofessionals across our Advisory business and act as a trusted partner to our Partners and Hiring Managers.

What will you be doing?

As a Freelance Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will take ownership of the complete recruitment process for experienced hires within our Advisory practice. You will work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, translate them into recruitmentstrategiesand build strong talent pipelines. Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as a trusted recruitment partner for Partners and Hiring Managers.

• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from intake and sourcing to offer management.

• Developing proactive sourcing strategies for highly specialized advisory profiles.

• Identifying and engaging talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professionalnetworksand direct search activities.

• Building andmaintainingtalent pipelines for current and future business needs.

• Conductingscreening interviews and assessing candidates on skills,motivationand cultural fit.

• Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for all stakeholders.

• Advising hiring managers on market trends, talentavailabilityand recruitment best practices.

• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.

• Availability to work regularly from one of our BDO offices and connect with stakeholders in person.
