Randstad Sourceright is hiring a Talent Advisor (Recruiter - Dutch/French) to support Daikin Belgium. The role is hybrid from Brussels (Anderlecht) with occasional travel to Ostend. You will lead direct recruitment for engineering and support profiles, build a strong talent pool, and guide hiring managers on strategy.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, engage the market, present offers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while acting as the Daikin brand ambassador in the market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting engineering and supporting business roles.
• Experience in sourcing and interviewing professionals.
• HR expert able to lead HR projects and advise on Talent & Organisational Development on local & international level.
• Corporate or staffing recruitment experience.
• Compelling and clear communicator with superb stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and agility in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and French (must-have) with good command of English.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and internal teams to ensure sourcing and screening support.
• Understand client business, skills needs and hiring drivers; advise on recruitment strategy.
• Capture all recruitment activity in real-time on the client’s ATS or databases.
• Be the brand ambassador for Daikin and raise brand awareness in the market.

We are seeking a Talent Advisor (Recruiter - Dutch/French) to support our Daikin account in Belgium. This is a hybrid role based out of our Brussels (Anderlecht) office 2 days a week, with occasional travel to the client’s office in Ostend.

Your main mission is to drive the direct delivery of first-class Engineering & Support profiles for our client. At Randstad Sourceright, the Talent Advisor role is both challenging and impactful. Collaborating with a team of experienced experts, you will take the lead in crafting tailored recruitment strategies for all open vacancies.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage candidates through the whole recruitment cycle with a proactive approach ensuring best in class candidate experience. Guide intake meetings, screen potential candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.
• Engaging with the best talent to create a robust talent pool. Conducting market research and finding innovative ways of attracting and engaging with talent.
• Present candidates on employment opportunities, extend offers and negotiate to final acceptance of the offer.
• Be the single point of contact for Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and appropriate internal team members, to ensure that adequate sourcing and screening support is provided.
• Work with the client to understand the business, functional/technical skill needs and hiring drivers. Act as an advisor to the client on an appropriate strategy.
• Ensure all recruitment activity is captured in real-time on the client’s ATS system and/or any other database.
• Be the brand ambassador for Daikin and look after raising the brand's awareness on the market.

Your profile:

• A proven track record of minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting engineering, supporting business roles.
• Experience in sourcing and interviewing professionals.
• You are an HR Expert able to lead a variety of human resource projects and provide advice in the area of Talent & Organisational Development on local & international level.
• Corporate or staffing recruitment experience.
• Compelling and clear communicator, with superb stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and agility to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• You are able to work independently and have a self-starting kind of mindset.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and French (this is a must-have) and have a good command of English.
