We are seeking an experienced Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment across the Innovative Medicines Supply Chain organization. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple European markets, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver high-quality talent solutions in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be a strong delivery-focused recruiter who thrives in high-volume hiring environments, managing approximately 35-40 active requisitions simultaneously. You'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, influencing hiring decisions, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while driving recruitment excellence across the region.
This is a fixed-term contract until June '27.
Your responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery & Talent Attraction
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer and onboarding.
- Handle a high-volume workload of approximately 35-40 live requisitions across multiple countries.
- Develop and execute sourcing and attraction strategies to identify diverse and qualified talent.
- Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination.
- Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed service levels and hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within recruitment systems and ATS platforms.
- Drive proactive pipeline building for critical and recurring supply chain roles.
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership
- Act as the primary recruitment contact for hiring managers and business stakeholders across the Innovative Medicines Supply Chain function.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring leaders across Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Ireland, and Italy.
- Provide recruitment market intelligence, salary insights, and talent availability data to support hiring decisions.
- Challenge stakeholder assumptions when appropriate and manage hiring expectations effectively.
- Facilitate intake meetings and establish clear recruitment strategies and timelines.
- Deliver regular status updates and hiring progress reports to key stakeholders.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a professional, engaging, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure transparent communication and timely feedback to candidates.
- Promote employer brand messaging and represent the organization professionally in the market.
- Support diverse hiring practices and inclusive recruitment approaches.
Recruitment Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, interview conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and employment regulations.
- Support the adoption and effective use of ATS and recruitment technology platforms.
- Quickly learn and adapt to internal recruitment tools, processes, and systems.
Required skills
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an RPO, agency, or in-house environment.
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment workloads.
- Experience handling multiple concurrent requisitions across different business functions and geographies.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior hiring managers.
- Proven ability to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative recruitment support.
- Experience working within data-driven recruitment environments and tracking performance metrics.

Language Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (required).
- Additional German or Italian language skills are highly advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruitment experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare organizations.
- Previous experience recruiting across multiple European countries.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting.
- Exposure to workforce planning, talent intelligence, or recruitment analytics.
- Experience within a complex matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of supplier or vendor management processes within recruitment environments.
