Randstad Enterprise in Brussels is seeking a strategic Talent Advisor to coordinate external hires end to end, acting as the trusted partner for hiring managers and suppliers across our MSP program. You will steer the process, ensure quality, and maintain contractual certainty.

The role requires experience in recruitment, MSP/VMS knowledge, and fluent Dutch, French and English. You will manage the requisition workflow in our VMS and drive continuous improvements while upholding compliance.

Responsabilités

• Act as the central point of contact for hiring managers for external hires.
• Advise on market-competitive rates and draft job descriptions for suppliers.
• Manage requisition process in the VMS from distribution to interviews and offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor SLAs.
• Ensure compliant contracting and a smooth process for managers and suppliers.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the hiring program as process owner.

Make a strategic impact as our new Talent Advisor in Brussels!

Ready for a strategic role where you are not a recruiter, but the central advisor for hiring external staff? We are looking for a Talent Advisor to coordinate the process from A to Z.

As the trusted partner for hiring managers, you are the expert in hiring professionals through our network of selected suppliers. You steer the process, monitor quality, and ensure the client finds the best external expertise under the right conditions and with full contractual certainty (compliance).

Your responsibilities:

• You act as the central point of contact for hiring managers for all requests concerning external hires (contractors, freelancers, consultants).
• You advise hiring managers on market-competitive rates, drafting clear job descriptions for suppliers, and the most efficient hiring strategy.
• You manage the entire requisition process in our VMS (Vendor Management System): from distribution to recruitment agencies to coordinating interviews and managing offers.
• You build and maintain a strong professional relationship with our network of suppliers (recruitment agencies) and monitor their performance based on SLAs.
• You ensure a smooth and efficient process for both the manager and the supplier, and you guarantee that all procedures (compliance) are followed correctly.
• You act as the process owner and proactively identify opportunities for improvement within the hiring program.

Who you are:

• You have experience within the recruitment sector. Experience with MSP, VMS systems, or managing external hires is a major plus.
• You are a confident advisor who can guide and persuade stakeholders (both internal and external).
• You speak and write Dutch,French and English fluently.
• You are process-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without losing oversight.
• You are a strong communicator and can easily switch between liaising with managers, HR, and external suppliers.
• You understand the importance of compliance and correct contractual handling.
