adesso Belgium is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to lead IT recruitment and enhance candidate experience in Brussels. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and networks, assess candidates, present shortlists, and guide offers through to negotiation and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Management, HR or Psychology.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• 5–10 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist, IT sector preferred.

• Collaborate with HR manager and participate in team knowledge sharing.

Your role

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define the best hiring strategy,

• Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and direct approaches,
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, motivation, and cultural fit,
• Present shortlisted candidates and advise the hiring managers throughout the recruitment process,

Candidate Experience & Process Coordination

• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience,
• Provide clear and constructive feedback after each stage of the process,
• Prepare offers, manage negotiations, and support contract signature processes,
• Pre-onboarding: you work on specific pre-onboarding tasks to make sure that the starters have everything what they are promised on day 1

Employer Branding & Team Collaboration

• Represent adesso during job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives,
• Contribute to internal Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives,
• Collaborate closely with the HR manager and actively participate in team knowledge sharing

Resource and Matching

• Partner with the different practice leads to support them in their sourcing needs for project staffing,

• Coordinate interviews and follow up of the project consultants via talent pipelines, events, …

• Commercial support

• Building specific talent pools in the domain area’s of our practices
• Building specific talent communities in the domain of expertise of our practices

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Your profile

• A Bachelor/Master's degree, with a specialization in Management, Human Resources or Psychology
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
• A min work experience of 5 -10 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in the IT sector,
• Interest and curiosity in technology and innovation,
• Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset that allow you to interact with candidates in a natural and professional manner,
• A proactive attitude: you take initiative, bring things together and take responsibility,
• In short: you describe yourself as goal-oriented and people-oriented!
