Job summary

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions in Belgium is seeking an experienced Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets within the Innovative Medicines Supply Chain. You will partner with hiring managers, HR stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver high-quality talent solutions in a fast-paced environment.

In this fixed-term role until June 2027, you will manage 35-40 active requisitions, drive sourcing strategies, ensure a superior candidate

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an RPO, agency, or in-house environment.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment workloads.
• Experience handling multiple concurrent requisitions across different geographies.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior hiring managers.
• Proven ability to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative recruitment support.
• Experience working within data-driven recruitment environments and tracking performance metrics.
• Fluent Dutch (required); German or Italian language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Handle a high-volume workload of approximately 35-40 live requisitions across multiple countries.
• Develop and execute sourcing and attraction strategies to identify diverse and qualified talent.
• Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within service levels and hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within recruitment systems/ATS.
• Drive proactive pipeline building for critical supply chain roles.
