NV CHEP Benelux SA in Belgium is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner for the Benelux supply chain. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment model, focusing on transitioning from agency-reliant hiring to direct, cost-efficient recruitment.

You will own workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for plant-based roles, driving EVP and employer branding with Workday as the system of record.

• Proven end-to-end talent acquisition experience in high-volume environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transition from agency-led to direct hiring model.
• Own end-to-end recruitment across plant-based roles (volume & critical positions).
• Partner with Operations and HR for workforce planning and forecasting.
