ManpowerGroup is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, engage, and identify top talent for internal teams across Belgium. You will work with hiring managers and a Talent Acquisition Manager to shape the talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact.

This 180° recruitment role focuses on attraction, sourcing, headhunting, and preselection, with opportunities to advance in sourcing and talent acquisition expertise.

Qualifikationen

• A first experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition is a must.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS is preferred.

• Participate in recruitment intake meetings to understand hiring needs and team requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract talent in the market.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search.

Working closely with hiring managers and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help shape our talent pipeline and contribute to a positive candidate experience from the very first interaction.

This is a 180° recruitment role, focused primarily on talent attraction, sourcing, headhunting, and candidate preselection. You will participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pools. While you will not initially be responsible for conducting full competency-based interviews, you will play a critical role in identifying and presenting high-quality candidates to the business.

• Comfortable working with digital tools and social media platforms.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• A willingness to learn and develop expertise in sourcing and talent attraction.
• Full professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is required.
